Inspection and diagnosis: We remove the pump assembly, inspect the intake tract, wear ring, stator vanes, bearings, and seals; measure clearances with precision tools; check pump oil (where applicable); assess couplers, carbon rings/ceramic seals, and alignment; and provide a written estimate with repair options tailored to your craft and usage.
Replacement and setup: Based on your goals (recreation, towing, performance), we select OEM or performance-pitched impellers from trusted brands, replace worn wear rings, install new seals and O-rings, balance the impeller, set axial and radial clearances, apply anti-seize/Loctite where specified, and torque to manufacturer specs to prevent loosening and micro-fretting.
Verification and delivery: We bench-test for smooth rotation, verify RPM targets, check for leaks and vibration, and perform a water test when requested. You receive a performance report, break-in guidance, and maintenance tips to maximize longevity and minimize future cavitation.
